What makes a good prepper?

These are all things that are very difficult to perform when struggling with brain fog.

Unfortunately, many of us are unknowingly suffering from a permanent state of brain fog due to our diets.

THE INGREDIENTS

STEP 1. LION’S MANE

Pour your lion’s mane mushroom into your jar with ashwagandha.

STEP 2. REISHI MUSHROOM

Take your reishi mushroom and break it up as you throw it into your jar.

STEP 3. VODKA

Pour your vodka into the jar. Filling the jar up to the rim.

Why Vodka? The high alcohol content (40%) allows for it to both extract the herbs, and preserve your tincture for long periods of time.

STEP 4. CAP “N” SHAKE

Screw lid on tight and shake it all up.

STEP 5. LABEL

Write the name of the medicine and the date you made it on the lid!

This is important.

You want to let this sit for 2 months before you can use it.

STEP 6. STRAIN

After the 2 months has past, strain your solution with cheesecloth into a small dropper bottle.

Take your tincture twice a day for desired results.

BONUS TIP:
