This is going to be short.
The key to cancer is prevention.
Take reishi mushroom and turkey tail mushroom on a daily basis.
This is a great cancer preventative. So take on a daily basis.
But, what if you already have a specific kind of cancer?
You’ll want to take herbal medicines that are known to benefit that region of the body.
In the case of liver cancer for example. Milk thistle and dandelion root are known to benefit that region of the body.
So it can only help ease cancer related symptoms.
KETO & INTERMITTENT FASTING
If you’re diagnosed with a general cancer I would immediately begin keto and intermittent fasting.
Search this online if you haven’t heard about it.
Essentially keto is when you cut your carb intake down to 20 (or under) grams per day.
Which starves cancer cells. Why? Because cancer cells have been shown to thrive on sugar. So without sugar, they can’t survive.
Intermittent fasting is when you block your eating to an 8 hour window through the day. This allows your cells to recuperate without having to process and digest the constant intake of food that the Western diet is known for.
Once you’ve got that dialled in, you’ll want to supplement with a tincture.
If you haven’t already, check out the “How to make a tincture” video you got with this course.
For this tincture, the ingredients are…
Lion’s Mane Mushroom
Turkey Tail Mushroom
All of these ingredients can be found at www.mountainroseherbs.com.
Again, watch the tincture video on how to turn these ingredients into a tincture.
Once you’ve put it together, take 3 times a day along with your keto diet and intermittent fasting.
This should really help you or a loved one feel better on their cancer journey.
But, as I said at the beginning, prevention is key. So feel free to implement all of this into your lifestyle to help prevent the possibility of getting cancer in the first place!
Until next time.
